purposes to be a “genuine” web-space provider. Also, your end
customers receive Bitpalast® support in your name.

You can assign any number of customer accounts on the server and
operate each domain in a separate storage area with its own
login, FTP access, database, PHP, Perl, individual statistics,
and more. |

For all domain names that are booked via Bitpalast® we provide
you with a neutral telephone number to our support service which
we answer as “This is your online service”. You can publicize
this number as “your” technical support number or automatically
forward calls to it. Bitpalast® provides your end customers with
technical support for all common technical configuration tasks
and issues in your name. |

If you run out of storage space on your Reseller Server, you can
upgrade to a larger server. All data is retained! Everything
runs seamlessly as before! |

You can provide any combination of features. You decide what
price you charge your end customers. You simply pay a fixed and
very cost-effective monthly server rental to Bitpalast® that
includes support both for yourself and your end customers. |

|
You may not yet know whether you will attract enough customers
for the Reseller Server to be worthwhile. To retain your
reseller status, you must operate at least two Reseller Servers
from the second year of operation. In the first year, however,
you receive the full range of Bitpalast® Reseller services even
if you rent just one Reseller Server. |
